Mirabito Mug Membership FAQs

The Mug Membership Program is a mobile app rewards exclusive. To purchase a Mirabito Mug Membership, simply join our mobile app, connect an exsiting loyalty account or create a new one and visit the Mug Membership section in the main menu to purchase.

To get 1 free month of our Mirabito Mug Membership program, you must purchase a Mirabito-branded reusable mug in stores and scan the loyalty Rewards+ or MPay card that is attached to your mobile app account. Once purchased and the loyalty card is scanned, you will be eligible in the app to get a 1 (one) free month of the Mirabito Mug Membership upon purchasing a membership.

If you stop into a store for your daily coffee and don’t receive your daily coffee free of charge, be sure of the following;
  • Your Mug Membership is active in the mobile app
  • You are using a reusable mug (disposable paper cups are not a part of our Mug Membership Program)
  • You scanned your mobile app loyalty card, used Alt ID, or scanned your card linked to your Mirabito mobile app when you redeemed

You receive one (1) coffee per day with your Mirabito Mug Membership, giving you your daily cup for one monthly cost! Bring in any size reusable mug (up to 24oz) and enjoy!

You can cancel your Mirabito Mug Membership in the Mirabito Mobile App and continue to receive your daily cup until the end of your billing cycle (though we hate to see you go!).

If you have purchased a mug from our stores before we launched the program, our team can find your purchase of a Mirabito travel/reusable mug with your loyalty account number. Call 866-363-7723.
